Summary:
Ensures the production and presentation of food products for customers and catered events; the core values of Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork, Safety and Respect are integrated comprehensively into the work environment; maintains current competency requirements, both initial and targeted.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with specialized training of 13
months in culinary arts

years commercial cooking experience (or equivalent education and/or experience)
WA State Food and Beverage Service Worker's Permit
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow complex directions and specific instructions
Basic math and recipe conversion skills
Basic computer skills that allow completion of mandatory education and accurate entry of work hours
Strong organization skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team
Work requires ability to lift objects weighing 30 lbs or less
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
2
years experience in a high-volume corporate cafe environment
Associates degree in Culinary Arts
Exhibition cooking experience
ServSafe Certification
Certified Culinary Professional (CCP) certification
