JOB SUMMARY
Designs and delivers complex training and staff development programs. Collaborates with the Learning and Development Center of Expertise (LD COE) in system-wide training assessments and curriculum development. Partners, to design and deliver standardized orientation (new hire, department-specific and new manager), leadership development and other cross-regional training programs with team and individual accountabilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Designs, develops, organizes, conducts, evaluates and delivers training programs using PeaceHealth training standards, processes, and templates. Measures and compares results to desired outcomes and objectives.
2. Designs, develops and maintains appropriate instructor manuals, training materials, job aids and documentation procedures using standardized tools and templates.
3. Helps to coordinate Trainer education in curriculum, knowledge transfer and classroom facilitation skills. Mentors trainers to improve knowledge and skills. Directs structured learning experiences. Creates monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios.
4. Helps to facilitate regional Super User education in curriculum, knowledge transfer and at the elbow support skills. Mentors Super User to improve knowledge and skills.
5. Educates care givers and others utilizing educational standards, adult learning principals, classroom facilitation, curriculum, building methodologies, skills and knowledge validation techniques effectively.
6. Networks with Learning and Development Center of Expertise, regional Learning and Development departments and other regional departments to promote sharing, collaboration, and development of standard orientation programs, to support organizational strategies and meet educational needs.
7. Supports and coordinates large scale implementations by promoting regional participation and Train-the-Trainer programs.
8. Coordinates training logistics (courses, classrooms, registrations, timeframes, etc.) in collaboration with the other members of the project team and department managers.
9. Provides demonstration of the system functionality.
10. Provides data to document attendance and/or validate proficiency and competency towards educational goals and objectives.
11. Assesses care giver knowledge, skill and satisfaction to identify knowledge and skill gaps. Works with management to evaluate impact and identify mitigation strategies for improvement and optimization.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
, Bachelor's degree; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
, Master's Degree in Education, Instructional Design or related area is strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
, Four to five years training experience required, preferably in healthcare.
, Experience with large scale technology implementation development.
, Experience in a large or multi-campus organization strongly preferred.
, Experience implementing EPIC systems and developing and delivering EPIC training is preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: , Epic Radiant Certification or additional training in adult learning, instructional design, or human performance improvement is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS:
, Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
, Technical training development and learning management systems is preferred.
, Project management skills.
, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
, Experience with projection equipment and/or webinar technology.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
