Job Description The Director of Enterprise Systems is accountable for leading a global team that drives business and application strategies for eCommerce, Sales Operations, and Digital Customer Experience. The leader in this role has the opportunity to shape new sales models to drive recurring revenue, create market leading customer experiences, deliver intelligent insights to our business, and streamline business processes across our fast growing Video Security and Access Control segment. Develop roadmaps and drive team to deliver solutions that drive recurring revenue models, create market-leading customer experiences and deliver intelligent insights Refine agile development and delivery processes to support a fast growing business Streamline technology and business processes to unite recently acquired companies in the Video Security & Access Control segment Define and create a sourcing strategy that combines the right balance of internal and external team members to deliver in a fast-paced, high growth environment Establish and nurture relationships with key business partners to fuel innovation and create operational excellence Foster a culture that drives customer satisfaction, rapid delivery and high value returns Ensure platform usability, stability and security Inspire team members to grow skills and careers alongside team vision and industry trends Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills:
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing senior managers Experience with defining and delivering on strategic initiatives Knowledge of different development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Understanding of application integration across CRM, ERP and reporting tools Experience with CRM and CPQ technologies (Salesforce, Tacton, NetSuite) Experience in vendor and contract management skills Strong partnership skills - must be able to develop and build relationships at all levels of the organization based on trust, integrity, transparency, and by delivering on commitments Highly motivated, willing to take calculated risks Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Strong technology and business acumen Ability to regularly provide guidance, training and coaching to other team members Experience with Subscription and Revenue Management processes will be given preference Behavioral Characteristics:

$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
