The ideal candidate for this position is someone who pays attention to detail and has a great work ethic.
We are looking for an individual capable of meeting project deadlines and working well with little supervision or direction.
Successful candidates will have experience cleaning businesses and residential spaces and be willing to learn new cleaning techniques and strategies.
This position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the same 4 locations each week, two residential and two offices.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for this position.
40 hours a week are available, but we're open to discussion with qualified candidates if you are looking for fewer/more hours or part-time.
Responsibilities:
Clean rooms and restrooms, restock supplies as needed Organization projects Ensure spaces look clean and presentable, including putting things away and/or organizing spaces Clean kitchens, including dishes and loading/unloading dishwashers Laundry and related tasks Monthly deep cleaning projects Communicate with property owners as needed Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 Must be OK with wearing a mask as needed Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
The company will reimburse for all miles traveled between locations.
