A safe, well-maintained building and landscaping is important to residents who choose to make Highgate their home.
In this position, you will assist the Maintenance Manager in paint touch-ups, electrical and plumbing repairs, cleaning, housekeeping and general maintenance of all living areas.
You'll also assist the design staff in receiving, inspecting and distributing furnishings and accessories.

Qualifications:
21
years of age Current (or obtain) CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire Current TB test Prefer at least one (1) year experience in maintenance-related or housekeeping work Health Screening Finger printing (California and Arizona only) Negative criminal record/background statement Valid driver's license and clean driver abstract.
Be efficient and exercise good time management skills Must meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing agencies Possession of, or ability to obtain Food Handler's Permit within thirty (30) days of hire if needed Ability to comply with Team Member Policies and Procedures Ability to complete training/certifications within designated time frames Basic computer skills Ability to see, hear, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move continuously during work hours Hours of work vary and evenings/weekends may be required APPLY NOW:
