About the Position The Cleaning Professional performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, model units, leasing offices, common areas, and other amenities to enhance and maintain the community's appeal.
Pay Details:
$17-$21/hour Schedule:
Tuesday & Friday, 7:
00 am - 12:
00 pm.
PART-TIME.
Job Responsibilities Routinely clean and disinfect the leasing office, clubhouse, model unit(s), common area restrooms, amenities, laundry room, stairwells, and controlled access buildings as directed.
This includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash receptacles, washing windows, etc.
Routinely stock the kitchen and restrooms with toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other necessities.
Clean all aspects of vacant apartment homes including appliances, bathrooms, glass, etc.
as directed.
The apartment is to be ready for move-in by Company standards when finished.
Ensure all vacant apartment homes, model units, and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day including vacuuming and dusting to maintain market ready appeal.
Assist in the apartment make-ready process by performing additional duties as directed.
Pick up trash and litter throughout the community grounds and common areas.
Maintain all cleaning supplies and request re-ordering of supplies to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner.
Maintain appropriate quantities of supplies within budget restraints, maintain safety data sheets (SDS), and ensure all chemicals are properly labeled.
Uphold proper security practices including appropriate key control procedures.
Participate in the success of resident events, community programing and local/non-profit programs as assigned.
Distribute notices and resident communication as needed.
Inform appropriate supervisor(s) of any observed or potentially hazardous situations for residents, team members, and guests.
Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, and guests.
Complete assigned tasks by deadlines and communicate any obstacles with your supervisor in advance.
Work collaboratively and respectfully with peers, other team members and departments.
Attend training classes as scheduled and assigned.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications Prefer 1 year of cleaning/housekeeping experience in a real estate or hospitality setting.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of residents in a friendly and professional manner.
High school education or equivalent required.
Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
Must be legally qualified to work in the U.
S.
meeting I-9 guidelines.
