They help carry heavy items, grab tools for the installer and complete smaller tasks in order to make things go faster.
Necessary Skills Learn on the job Move fast Lift a minimum 50 Lbs Behave in a professional and respectful manner Be able to read a tape measure Basic math skills Ability to handle problem solving
