The Community Relations team is responsible for working with potential residents and their families who are looking for a retirement community.
Together, they market the community through events and community outreach, use a consultative sales process, provide strong customer service, and help facilitate smooth transitions into our community.

Responsibilities:
The Community Relations Representative will help drive new sales into the community to achieve and exceed sales and occupancy goals.
This includes developing and closing leads with potential residents, coordinating the move-in process, developing relationships with referral sources, and assisting with special events.
This role is responsible to conduct tours for interested parties, maintain relationships with potential residents; coordinate admission process for IL and AL residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience with contact database management and community outreachComputer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office, requiredAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishAbility to pass DSHS background check, requiredEducation and
Experience:
