Qualifications:
Possess a high school degree or comparable equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of fiscal related experience which demonstrates ability to work independently, with a minimum of supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced, continually changing environment with frequent interruptions, OR Documentation verifying an Associate's degree or credits from an accredited university, college, community college, or business school may be used to fulfill or help fulfill the two (2) years of job-related experience.
Ninety (90) quarter or sixty (60) semester credits are equivalent to two full years of job-related experience.

Essential Functions:
Treat co-workers, supervisors, students, parents and others with dignity and respect at all times Serve as a positive role model for students, and practice the behaviors that are expected of our students Work in a flexible and cooperative manner Monitor and maintain records of budget activities; determines availability of funds and validity of expenditures, documents and processes reimbursable activities, verifies budget and account numbers, disperses funds, prepare fund deposits, reconciles fiscal records Record and compile various types of data (financial, inventory, physical property, invoices, purchase orders, customer agreement, etc.
) manually and/or by computer; creates various reports on a regular basis and on request Process vouchers following district procedures Receipt, record, and deposit monies; handle reimbursements and refunds Process purchase orders following district procedures.
Work with vendors and customers to confirm details and solve problems Type and/or compose documents, forms, letters, etc.
Assist district, state, and other outside auditors, researching and supplying information as appropriate Reviews and verifies billing, accounting, and payroll information; maintains aging reports; tracks contracts and cost; deal with vendors and customers to resolve problems and disputes Coordinates development of GroupWise calendars of building events; coordinates the scheduling of activities; assists in development and maintenance of billing rates and information; notifies customers and/or vendors on contract arrangements; coordinates with building and district staff Performs other tasks and assumes other responsibilities as assigned by administrator in alignment with their job classification Benefits/Compensation:
Salary range:
New employees will start at the minimum hourly rate in the salary range.
However, employees who have verified prior years of service in a similar occupational status from other Washington School Districts or Education School Districts, may receive experience credit towards salary placement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
