This position reports directly to our Controller.
Duties include keeping HR folders up to date and in compliance, onboarding new employees, assisting AP/AR with various tasks and supply orders.
Essential Job Duties:
Time and quantity tracking Maintaining organization of employee documents Keep field paperwork levels Review and submit project submittals for compliance with specifications and contracts Supporting the AP, AR and employees administratively Answer phones Supply orders for office
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Adobe, etc) Can work in a fast pace environment Knowledge of Excavation (Preferred) Quicksbooks (Preferred) Job Type:
Part-time Pay:

20 - 25 per week
