Hybrid Housing and Employment Case Manager

Connecting the clients to local resources and meeting the client out in the community for support.
Case manager must be effective in writing case notes timely, attending community meetings and representing Mysti's professionally to the public.
Case manager must be able to use all computer equipment and programs effectively and efficiently to conduct remote work.
Case manager must be able to promptly contact landlords, utility, service providers, and any other parties to get necessary information to process rent assistance, move in assistance and other financial assistance for clients.
