In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and amplifying the impact of our nonprofit initiatives.
Key
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase awareness of our mission and programs.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and infographics, that aligns with our brand and messaging.
Collaborate with team members and volunteers to gather stories, testimonials, and updates to share on social media.
Interact with scholarship recipients and community members to showcase their stories and experiences.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with our partners, and influencers to expand our reach and impact.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with other organizations and community groups.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistency on brand messaging, voice, and visuals across all social media channels and communication materials.
Uphold the reputation and values of The KMR Group Foundation in all interactions with the community and stakeholders.
Foundation Administration Manage all aspects of foundation operations, including administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities related to the foundation's mission and objectives.
Support the Executive Director and other team members in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community outreach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Possess basic photography and video editing skills Job Type:
