- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Nights, 12-hour shifts
- ACLS, ATLS and PALS needed
- Level 4 trauma w/ annual ED volume 16000
- ER docs responsible for code blues all day along with the floor during the night shift
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
