What you will be doing - key
Responsibilities:
- Managing the patient experience through exceptional customer service
- Managing inventory, order supplies, receive orders and stocking the clinic.
- Managing morning huddles, preparing the clinic for patients, and mentoring junior staff.
- Take intra-oral records and radiographs.
- Provide exceptional dental/orthodontic assisting skills to our clinical team.
- Perform Invisalign scans.
- Sterilization of instruments by adhering to the infection control protocols.
- Provide oral health education to our patients and families and the ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.
What you bring -
Qualifications:
- EFODA and/or Registered Dental Assistant are preferred, however willing to train the right candidate to earn these credentials.
- Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead within a dental/orthodontic clinic is preferred.
- Proficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
- Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
