Job Expectations: Work out at the project site 2-3 days a week; or as needed Assist the Construction Manager in the day to day administration of project documentation Manage various construction related documents (RFIs, pay requests, contractor invoices, etc.) Work within a comprehensive construction management team Execute monthly work flows for information processing (project schedules) Prepare reports Manage the document control system Day to day point of contact for supporting different project team members as it relates to documents, processes and information Coordinate with construction contractors and other project participants for processing invoices and resolving requests for general support Support with general administrative functions as required in assisting the construction manager Candidate should be wiling to work part-time or a majority of the time at the project site Desired Skills and
Experience: BS in construction management technology or related field preferred Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in engineering and/or construction administration required; experience working on multi-discipline capital construction projects for municipal utilities (water/wastewater) preferred Experience in problem solving, analytical and time management skills essential Excellent communication and organizational skills essential Familiarity with CMIS software: Buzzsaw, Oracle Unifier, Microsoft SharePoint etc. desired Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required Experience working with databases a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
