Accounting Bookkeeping
Growing fast paced manufacturing company seeks Full Time Bookkeeper with emphasis on Accounts Payable, Inventory and timesheet entry. A/P entry on an accrual basis in a manufacturing environment desired but not required. This person should be familiar with entering A/P using the items tab in Quickbooks. This position will also be entering time into a time keeping system and preparing final hours reports to the payroll department. This requires gathering missing information from managers regarding employees clock in and clock out times etc. Assist the Controller with special projects as needed. This position also may cross train with other positions in the Accounting Department. For example, assisting with Accounts Receivable Invoicing and collection calling.
