Overview
The Project Coordinator will assist with the task management and coordination of project execution for the Technology Team and other company stakeholders. This will include the organization of deliverables, tracking progress of requests, and maintaining timelines and budgets to achieve project success in accordance with Holland Partner Group's core values.
Responsibilities
Work with department and project stakeholders to complete necessary requisitions, contract documentation, and purchase orders, as well as track and approve invoices that align with agreed to project spends.
Keep department documentation organized and available to the team, including legal documents, project charters, status reports, etc.
Organize department efforts across all involved teams. Keep project sponsor and stakeholders aware of team's progress and any roadblocks that need to be removed.
Provide administrative support to the Technology team as needed.
Assist with coordination of vendors in vendor management system (Compliance Depot).
Ensure each project team has the tools and resources necessary to meet project deadlines.
Arrange travel for department personnel, set-up department meetings, organize the calendar of key department personnel and ensure efficient use of time.
Publish team status reports with metrics to inform all project participants of key information needed to follow project progress.
Communicate process to project team, tracks progress against agreed upon process and make recommendations for process change.
Determine tasks and process improvements aligned with successfully completing projects.
Implement cost-saving procedures and actions to meet or exceed set budgets.
Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or coursework in a related field is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two to four years' previous experience coordinating and/or assisting technical teams and projects required.

Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize competing demands and execute tasks in a fast-paced operating environment.
Demonstrated high-level of skill in both verbal and written communication, including ability to convey technical issues to non-technical individuals.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Must be proactive, flexible, responsible, and resourceful.
Ability to meet timelines, milestones, and deliverables in a timely manner.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of tools.

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and follow directions accurately.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
Strong customer service orientation.
Attendance: This full-time position requires the ability to work between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours or overtime may be required
This position also requires:
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
