Job SummaryThe Purchasing Clerk will facilitate the procurement of materials, repair parts and related services by the company while working to ensure the highest quality and best prices for the items they procure.
ResponsibilitiesPurchase goods, services and materials in support of the operationPrepare and review Purchase Orders, Requisitions and Work OrdersImprove and implement the P2P processResolve invoice issues both internally with AP and externally with vendorsExpedite and follow up with suppliers to schedule deliveries, resolve material, value discrepancy and order issuesTrack and handle warranty claim and RMAsEnsures accuracy of all ordersManage large inventories and keep track of multiple cost centers and GLsEnsure audit compliance and order accuracyEducationHigh school diploma/GEDRequirements/QualificationsAbility to track item costs and have a good understanding of basic procurement proceduresVery high level of accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of heavy equipment required including over the road vehicles and stationary equipment such as KWs, Volvos, Macks etc.
Must be self-motivated with ability to work with minimum supervisionMust have excellent verbal and communication skillsRegular attendance and punctualityMust have ability to work as a team and support multiple managersProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
