Your newly remodeled bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. The house has been recently remodeled with an oversized kitchen that has quartz countertops and lots of storage. Washer and dryer on premises. Large backyard with covered deck. This is a cute and friendly neighborhood. We put a lot of love and money into this house and we need the tenants to take care of it. Requirements: 1. Rent is $750 per month and due on the first of the month. This includes utilities and basic cable. You must make at least 3 times the rent (take home pay must = minimum $2,200 per month). Paystubs are required. 2. Deposit is $750 and fully returnable with 30 days notice to vacate the property and leaving the space clean with no damage. 3. You must have a job for at least 6 months. 4.
