Vehicle Description Beauty and the Beast!! (WATCH THE VIDEO) This 73 Corvette Stingray with T-Tops is a true survivor (there were only 1,000 Corvettes made with manual transmission and T-top package in 1973) with only 36K Original miles, it sat in the shop for over 2 decades, it was brought back to life in 2013, painted a spectacular Mille Miglia Red and the engine was replaced with the GM Crate long block zz502 ($10,000 for the long block) pushing well above 500 HP and 3 exhaust all the way back that sounds awesome, this Corvette is an absolute missile.
The transmission was replaced with the Super T-10 to handle the torque and 411 gears in the rear-end, it has maybe 1,000 miles on it since the engine, transmission and rear-end were installed The nose was replaced before painting due to the typical sagging that typically occurs.
The body is in perfect condition, there is no fiberglass spiderwebbing anywhere on the body.
The interior is in perfect condition as well.
It is all original except for the drivetrain and exhaust (seats, carpet, door panels, gauges, etc.
).
The numbers on the odometer line up straight and the clutch, brake, and gas pedal show little wear.
It's also sporting a brand-new set of rally wheels.
You can take this Corvette to the track or just cruise around town with the T-Tops off, it runs and drives perfectly.
I just had a mini frame on restoration, I had the shop go over the entire car and fix anything that needed replacing, wheel bearings, new battery and cables, rebuilt front end, etc.
I spent over $5K having everything attended to (have all receipts) I have sold several vintage vehicles on eBay without any disappointment's, my user name is jayden1d, I have a 100% client ratings.
